VARDENCIA sells digital products, including finance templates, spreadsheets, budgeting tools, downloadable files, digital worksheets, guides, and related digital resources.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
After purchase, you may receive access to your digital product through a download link, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method.
2. No Returns for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns.
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be physically returned in the same way as a physical item.
By purchasing a digital product from VARDENCIA, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the product is delivered digitally;
- access may be provided immediately after purchase;
- digital products cannot be returned after delivery;
- you are responsible for reading the product description before purchasing;
- you are responsible for checking whether the product is suitable for your needs before purchase.
3. All Sales Are Generally Final
All sales of digital products are generally final once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
We do not provide refunds simply because:
- you changed your mind;
- you no longer need the product;
- you purchased the wrong product;
- you expected a different type of file than described;
- you do not have the required software to use the product;
- you did not read the product description before purchasing;
- you found a similar product elsewhere;
- you no longer want to use the template.
This does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. When We May Offer a Refund
Although digital product sales are generally final, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
A refund, replacement, or other solution may be considered if:
- you purchased the same product more than once by mistake;
- you received the wrong product;
- the download link does not work and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- the product is materially different from the description on the product page;
- there is a technical issue with the file that prevents normal use and cannot reasonably be resolved.
Where possible, we will first try to solve the issue by providing a replacement file, updated download link, access support, or technical guidance.
5. Download Issues

Before contacting us, please check:
- whether your payment was completed successfully;
- whether the confirmation email went to your spam or junk folder;
- whether you entered the correct email address at checkout;
- whether your internet connection is working;
- whether your device or browser is blocking downloads.
If there is a technical issue with the download link, we will try to provide a working replacement link as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Software Compatibility
Some VARDENCIA products may be designed for specific software, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PDF readers, or other digital tools.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have access to the required software, apps, devices, or accounts needed to use the product.
We are not responsible for refunding purchases where the product does not work because of:

- outdated software;
- incompatible devices;

- incorrect file use;
- lack of access to Excel, Google Sheets, or other required tools.

We try to describe our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
Before purchasing, please carefully review the product page, including the description, screenshots, included files, compatibility notes, and any usage information.
Screenshots, examples, and mockups are for illustration purposes. The final product may vary slightly depending on software versions, screen size, device settings, or product updates.
A refund will not usually be provided if the product matches the description but does not meet your personal expectations.
8. License and Usage Restrictions
Purchasing a VARDENCIA product gives you a limited license to use the digital product for personal use or internal business use, depending on the product description.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, VARDENCIA products are not sold with PLR rights, resale rights, white-label rights, or redistribution rights.
You may not request a refund because you assumed that you could resell, redistribute, rebrand, copy, or commercially exploit the product.
You may not:
- resell the product;
- redistribute or share the product files;
- upload the product to marketplaces;
- claim the product as your own;
- sell modified versions of the product;
- include the product in bundles, memberships, courses, or download libraries;
- use the product as PLR or white-label content unless clearly stated in writing by VARDENCIA.

9. How to Request Help or a Refund Review

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after purchase. Requests made long after delivery may be refused.
