These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of our website, online store, digital products, content, tools, templates, downloads and related services (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by VARDENCIA. (“VARDENCIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, downloading a file, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About VARDENCIA

VARDENCIA provides digital finance templates, spreadsheets, budgeting tools, planning resources and related digital products. Our products may include Excel files, Google Sheets templates, PDF guides, digital worksheets, downloadable resources, and other digital materials.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and checkout experience.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing from VARDENCIA, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.

You may not use our products or Services for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Digital Products

All products sold by VARDENCIA are digital products unless clearly stated otherwise.

After purchase, you may receive access to your digital product through a download link, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method.

Because our products are digital downloads, no physical product will be shipped.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout and to download and save your purchased files safely.

4. No Returns for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, VARDENCIA does not accept returns of downloaded or delivered digital products.

Once a digital product has been made available, delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be physically returned.

By purchasing a digital product from VARDENCIA, you acknowledge and agree that:

• the product is delivered digitally;
• access may be provided immediately after purchase;
• digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods;
• refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, purchased the wrong product, or expected a different type of file than described on the product page.

This does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are generally final.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

• you purchased the same product more than once by mistake;
• the download link does not work and we cannot provide a working replacement;
• the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement;
• you received the wrong product;
• the product is materially different from the description on the product page.

Before requesting a refund, please contact us at vardencia@hotmail.com and explain the issue clearly. We may ask for screenshots, order details, or other information to help resolve the problem.

Where possible, we will first try to solve the issue by providing a replacement file, updated download link, technical guidance, or another reasonable solution.

6. License to Use Our Products

When you purchase a digital product from VARDENCIA, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use or internal business use, depending on the product description.

You do not purchase ownership of the original template, design, structure, formulas, layout, branding, files, or intellectual property. You purchase the right to use the product under these Terms.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, your license allows you to:

• download the product for your own use;
• edit or customize the template for your own personal or internal business use;
• make personal backup copies;
• use the spreadsheet to manage your own finances, household, business, or personal planning.

7. What You May Not Do

Unless we give you clear written permission, you may not:

• resell our templates or digital products;
• redistribute, share, upload, or give away our files;
• sell edited, modified, or rebranded versions of our templates;
• claim our templates, designs, formulas, layouts, or files as your own;
• copy our product structure to create competing products;
• include our files in bundles, memberships, paid communities, courses, or download libraries;
• upload our files to marketplaces such as Etsy, Gumroad, Shopify, Creative Market, Notion marketplaces, or similar platforms;
• use our products as PLR, white-label, resale, or commercial redistribution products;
• remove VARDENCIA branding or copyright notices where included, unless the product description specifically allows it;
• share download links with other people;
• use our products in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

8. PLR and Resale Terms

VARDENCIA products are not sold with PLR rights unless explicitly stated on the product page.

This means that purchasing a spreadsheet from VARDENCIA does not give you the right to resell it, rebrand it, redistribute it, or offer it as your own digital product.

You may adjust and customize the spreadsheet for your own use, but you may not turn it into a product for resale.

If a specific product ever includes commercial rights, resale rights, white-label rights, or PLR rights, those rights must be clearly stated on the product page or in a separate written license agreement from VARDENCIA.

Without such written permission, all products are for personal use or internal business use only.

9. Product Compatibility

Our templates may be designed for Excel, Google Sheets, PDF readers, or other software platforms. Product compatibility will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have access to the required software, apps, devices, or accounts needed to use the product.

We are not responsible if a product does not work properly because you use unsupported software, outdated software, incompatible devices, incorrect file formats, or third-party platform limitations.

10. No Financial Advice

VARDENCIA provides educational and organizational tools only.

Our templates, spreadsheets, calculators, guides, and related content are not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, accounting advice, or professional consulting.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Always consider your personal circumstances and consult a qualified professional if you need financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

We do not guarantee that using our products will improve your finances, increase your savings, reduce your debt, generate income, or produce any specific result.

11. Accuracy of Information

We try to provide accurate product descriptions, images, examples, screenshots, pricing, and information. However, we do not guarantee that all information on our website is always complete, current, or error-free.

Screenshots, mockups, and examples are for illustration purposes. The final product may vary slightly depending on updates, software versions, screen size, or platform settings.

Payment must be completed before access to digital products is provided.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.

13. Order Confirmation and Delivery

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email.

Digital products are usually delivered through a download link, customer account, email, or another digital method.

If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot access your product, contact us at vardencia@hotmail.com with your order details.

14. Account Responsibility

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details, login information, and password confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our own negligence.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our products, including templates, spreadsheets, layouts, designs, formulas, text, graphics, branding, images, icons, downloads, product names, and digital files, is owned by VARDENCIA or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our content except as allowed under these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

16. User Content and Reviews
