These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website, purchasing our digital products, and accessing our downloadable templates.

By visiting our website, placing an order, downloading a product, or using any part of our store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About VARDENCIA

VARDENCIA sells digital finance templates, spreadsheets, budgeting tools, planners, worksheets, guides, and related digital resources.

Our products may include Excel templates, Google Sheets templates, PDF files, digital worksheets, and other downloadable materials.

All products are digital unless clearly stated otherwise. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website and products only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our website or products to:

  • break any law or regulation;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • copy, steal, or misuse our content;
  • upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software;
  • interfere with the security or operation of our website;

3. Digital Products and Delivery

After purchase, your digital product may be delivered through a download link, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.

If you do not receive your download, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot access your product, contact us at vardencia@hotmail.com.

4. No Returns for Digital Products

Because our products are digital downloads, they cannot be physically returned after delivery, access, or download.

By purchasing from VARDENCIA, you understand and agree that:

  • products are delivered digitally;
  • access may be provided immediately after purchase;
  • digital products cannot be returned like physical goods;
  • all digital product sales are generally final once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

This does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for digital products once they have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

We do not usually provide refunds if:

  • you changed your mind;
  • you no longer need the product;
  • you purchased the wrong product;
  • you expected a different type of file than described;
  • you do not have the required software;
  • you did not read the product description before purchasing.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • you purchased the same product twice by mistake;
  • you received the wrong product;
  • the download link does not work and we cannot provide a replacement;
  • the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement;
  • the product is materially different from the product description.

Where possible, we will first try to solve the issue by providing a replacement file, updated download link, or support.

6. License to Use Our Products

When you purchase a digital product from VARDENCIA, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products are for personal use or internal business use only.

You may:

  • download the product for your own use;
  • edit or customize the template for your own personal or internal use;
  • use the template to manage your own finances, household, business, budget, savings, or planning;
  • make personal backup copies for your own use.

You do not purchase ownership of the original template, design, formulas, layout, structure, files, branding, or intellectual property.

7. PLR, Resale, and Redistribution

VARDENCIA products are not sold with PLR rights, resale rights, white-label rights, or redistribution rights unless this is clearly stated in writing on the product page or in a separate license agreement.

You may not:

  • resell our templates;
  • redistribute or share our files;
  • give away our products for free;
  • upload our files to marketplaces;
  • sell edited or modified versions of our templates;
  • rebrand our templates as your own;
  • claim ownership of our files, formulas, layouts, or designs;
  • include our templates in bundles, memberships, courses, paid communities, or download libraries;
  • use our products as PLR or white-label products;
  • copy our product structure to create competing digital products.

Customizing a template for your own use is allowed. Turning it into a product for resale is not allowed.

8. Product Compatibility

Some products may be designed for Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PDF readers, or other software.

Product compatibility will be described on the product page where applicable.

You are responsible for making sure you have access to the required software, apps, accounts, or devices needed to use the product.

We are not responsible if a product does not work properly because of unsupported software, outdated software, incompatible devices, incorrect file use, or third-party platform limitations.

9. No Financial Advice

VARDENCIA provides digital tools and educational resources only.

Our templates, spreadsheets, calculators, guides, and content are not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, or professional consulting.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

We do not guarantee that using our products will improve your finances, increase your savings, reduce your debt, generate income, or produce any specific financial result.

10. Product Information

We try to provide accurate product descriptions, images, screenshots, examples, and information.

However, we do not guarantee that all information on our website is always complete, current, or error-free.

Screenshots and mockups are for illustration purposes. The final product may vary slightly depending on software versions, screen size, device settings, or product updates.

We may correct errors, update product information, change prices, or modify products at any time.

11. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before access to digital products is provided.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.

All content on our website and in our products is owned by VARDENCIA or licensed to us.

This includes templates, spreadsheets, formulas, layouts, designs, text, graphics, branding, images, files, downloads, product names, and website content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative products from our content except as allowed under these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

13. User Reviews and Feedback

If you submit a review, testimonial, message, comment, or feedback, you allow VARDENCIA to use, display, edit, and share that content for business, marketing, and promotional purposes.

You confirm that anything you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others.

We may remove or refuse user content at our discretion.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, or practices.

We are not required to continue offering any product or feature permanently.

If we update a product after purchase, we may choose to provide the updated version to existing customers, but we are not required to do so unless stated on the product page.
